Portable Compressors
The C range of portable compressors from CompAir, provide a wide variety of users with a portable supply of economic and reliable compressed air from 7 to 24 bar. CompAir has been designing and manufacturing high quality and efficient portable compressors for over 200 years. The most recent portable compressor range from CompAir is the result of an intensive development program. Encompassing the very latest technological advances and manufacturing processes, the C range delivers the high performance and reliability demanded by users. There is a portable compressor in the C range to suit any application with over 30 models, from the smallest single axle model powering a single pneumatic tool, right through to the innovative TurboScrew models designed for the larger portable compressor user. All models have easy access for operation and routine maintenance as standard with well-located control panels and simple lift off canopies or large access doors. There are also a number of options available for a truly tailored portable compressor solution. This includes adjustable tow-bars, built in A/C Generators on certain models, additional filtration, built in aftercoolers, tool lubricators, road lights, pneumatic hose reels and also customers own paint colour and signwriting. Hydrovane Rotary Vane Compressors
Hydrovane is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered compressors, blowers, pumps and other fluid transfer equipment.
With its global manufacturing and distribution centre at Redditch in the UK, Hydrovane has been designing and manufacturing rotary vane compressors for over 50 years. Hydrovane manufactures a range of; fixed speed and regulated speed, open and enclosed, vertical and horizontal format rotary vane compressors from 1.1 to 75 kW.
At the smaller end of the range, Hydrovane offers the HV (PURS/PUTS) series horizontal open format (enclosed) fixed speed rotary vane compressors. From 1.1 to 7.5 kW these compressors are compact, reliable and versatile, ideal for OEM applications and a wide variety of light industrial applications such as dentistry, automotive and machine tools.
For larger applications Hydrovane manufacture the 55 – 75 kW HV (ACE) series horizontal enclosed fixed and regulated speed rotary vane compressors.
Slow speed direct drive operation coupled with few moving parts means less components to fail and no power loss through belts or gears for a highly reliable compressed air system. A simple construction and grouped service components, further ensures that the HV series compressors are easy to service, decreasing the time required for routine maintenance.
Where energy efficiency is a key objective, Hydrovane presents the regulated speed (RS) compressor range. Specifically designed to save energy, an Inverter Drive regulates the speed of the RS series rotary vane compressors to precisely meet the system air requirement. By matching output to demand only the right amount of energy is consumed to do the job. Typically, energy savings of 30 – 50% can be achieved with the RS series.

Mako Breathing Air Compressors
Mako is a leading manufacturer of breathing air compressor soffering an
extensive range of standard breathing air compressors, containment fill stations and accessories along with bespoke products designed to meet customers specific application requirements.
The standard range includes the cost effective EconoAir breathing air compressor models, which deliver an economical supply of high-quality air and encompass a 3 or 4 stage Mako compressor and purification system. Another lower cost breathing air system solution from Mako is the ruggedly built Horizontal Breathing Air (HBA) open frame unit range. These units offer a cost-effective solution without sacrificing quality, flexibility or filling capacity.

Compressed Air Dryers
Air treatment is a prerequisite wherever clean and dry compressed air is required. It is a necessity for critical applications such as those found in the medical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage sectors. It is also very important for any application that relies on compressed air as part of the production process. To effectively and energy efficiently meet the requirements for dry compressed air, CompAir developed the FX series range of refrigerant compressed air dryers. Reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly removal of moisture, oil, and moisture borne contaminants from compressed air is possible with the FX series. In addition, CompAir offers a wide range of classic and modular system adsorption compressed air dryers. Adsorption dryer’s totally clean and dry compressed air down to -40oC pressure dew point as standard. For critical applications, adsorption dryers can be specified to provide a pressure dew point of -70oC. A pressure dew point of -26oC or better will not only prevent corrosion, but it will also inhibit the growth of micro-organisms within the compressed air system.
